Tariff Change - Payments to Webmoney Wallets

Due to the shortage of Webmoney electronic currency and a multiple increase in demand the tariff for payments from Capitalist's account to WMZ wallets has been adjusted.
From 18/03/2020 the commission will be charged 4.5% of the amount transferred.

We make every effort to return to lower rates.
