Fee changes for outgoing transgers, USDT Tether (Erc20)

Due to the increase in the cost price the fee for USDT (Erc20) transactions from the Capitalist account has been changed from the 30th of October, 2021:

USDT Tether (Erc20) - fee is charged at the rate of 0.25 % (min 85 USDT).
